Stonewater no longer offering GP/LP investments
Langley BC July 26, 2007 - Stonewater properties will no longer offer any GP/LP investments. The new structure within Canada will be strictly Joint Ventures and the new structure for the US will strictly be LLC's. Our reasons for this are twofold.
- The majority of Stonewater's savvy investors wish to be more frequently involved with Joint Ventures and LLC's as the benefits to them are greater.
- GP/LP structures have become synonymous with investment schemes that take advantage of uninformed investors. These structures are well know for charging numerous fee's. It is because of this frequent activity, Stonewater wishes to separate itself from the crowd and be a different kind of Investment Company.
