Stonewater declines on office building in Corpus Christi

Langley, B.C. Jan. 30, 2007-After the due diligence process there are numerous repairs required to the office building under contract in Corpus Christi.  The vendor was not prepared to adjust the purchase price to compensate for the repairs required.
