Built in 1984, the Furman Building is well established in Corpus Christi’s downtown core and includes 31,000 square feet comprised of 23,645 square feet for tenant leases and 7,355 square feet of common area. The property also includes a five level parking garage with 305 parking spaces.

VANCOUVER, B.C. (September 05, 2008) – Stonewater Properties Inc. announced today that it has completed the purchase of another multi-tenant building in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Weber Building is the smallest square footage building within the Stonewater Properties portfolio at 6,116 square feet. But it is situated on 0.757 of an acre where this additional room for another warehouse / showroom building.

Built in 1960, the Russell Building is located North of Highway 44 and Airport Road. It is the largest continual square footage building in Corpus Christi at 121,079 square feet.
